Terms of Use
Your use of the Lynz iPhone app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with the terms below. If they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Paying for Lynz
Lynz requires a purchase to use. You can choose either:
- Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription, charged each month.
- Lifetime: a single payment that unlocks Lynz for your Apple Account, with no subscription.
The current price for your country is shown in the app and the App Store before you buy, and includes any applicable taxes.
Monthly subscription
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in Lynz › Camera settings › Lynz Pro › Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It unlocks Lynz's paid features on devices signed in to the same Apple Account, and with Family Sharing where it's enabled, for as long as Lynz is offered on the App Store and supports your device.
Restoring and refunds
If you reinstall Lynz or switch iPhones, tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Camera settings. Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Everything you create with Lynz is yours. Lynz keeps it on your iPhone and doesn't claim any rights to it. You're responsible for what you record and share, and for having the rights to any music, sound or other material you add, and for following the rules of the apps you post to.
Using Lynz responsibly
Please don't use Lynz to record people where it's illegal, to infringe anyone's rights, or to break the law. Respect people's privacy when filming.
Changes to Lynz and these terms
We keep improving Lynz, so features may change. If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Lynz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
